-Excellent Language Skills: German and English

- Bonus when you can speak more of the following languages eg. French or Italian

- Experience in Customer Support eg. IT Support, Technical Support, SaaS is an advantage

Job description

 

Responsibilities of a Client Success Agent

 

-Receiving and handling customer requests by Emails and phone calls

-Advice and consult our B2B customers to master the use of our SaaS

-Onboarding of new B2B customers by web demonstrations

-Processing and documentation of the customer experience

-Document resolutions and technical advances in the internal knowledge base

-Development of the internal and external knowledge base
