We are looking for a Senior DataBase Administrator to join our team of CIO GRM & GLO, in

Financial Risk area, a main responsible person for an entrusted set of processes. Being part of

the group risk management team, you will be involved in development and maintenance of

the applications running in ORACLE environment. The applications are mainly financial field

based requiring computation and processing of big data volumes on Oracle environment,

provided to the Banks of UniCredit Group.


What will you be doing in this role?


Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for ongoing administration of Oracle databases

• Deploy new software enhancements

• Working with data delivery teams to setup new features in PL/SQL language

• Performance tuning of Oracle queries/procedures


What we expect from you?


Must-have competences

• Appium, DriveWorks, File Management, Program Execution, Website Development


Qualifications and competencies:

• Administrative and troubleshooting skills in Oracle environment (certification is a plus)

• Great skills in PL/SQL programming

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

• Knowledge of Relational Databases (Oracle, MySQL, Postgre SQL, etc.)

• Experience working with UNIX based environments is a must (Redhat/AIX)

• Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages is a plus (Bash etc.)

• General understanding of Virtual Environments is a plus (VMWare, Virtual Box)

• General understanding of networking is a plus (subnetting, TCP-IP Stack)

• Great command of English both spoken and written
