Main Role:

Demand Planning Manager is responsible to regularly analyze busines performance within two countries performance, to develop and timely update accurate volume projections taking into account market landscape and the company’s capabilities. Demand Planning Manager will work with sales and marketing teams to quantify opportunities for new launches and to identify any distribution/performance updates, integrates information from both internal and external sources regarding the performance of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

-      Develop and timely update monthly Sales Planning Process, based on market dynamics analysis, Sales and Marketing activities, etc.;

-      Perform sales and distribution forecasts for new launches based on input from key stakeholders;

-      Regularly analyze market and the actual business volume performance to highlight opportunities or threats;

-      Develop management reviews, prepare relevant data and metrics for review, identify gaps and scenarios that must be presented, guide final decision making on open items and trade-offs;

-      Give support for Trade and Consumer Programs development and performance monitoring;

-      Implement, monitor and support the short term forecasting model for Sales Managers;

-      Sustains development of Trade Marketing strategy at channel/geography level;

-      Integrates information and specific facts about trade and consumers obtained through external agencies and from internal specialized departments (sales, trade marketing);

-      Responsible for recommendations regarding growth opportunities for the company’s brands;

-      Responsible for leading trade and channel segmentation process, develops KPIs and controls execution;

-      Clarify and detail qualitative details regarding shipment forecast, take into account supply constraints and recommendations.

Requirements, Qualifications and Selection Criteria:

-      University degree;

-      Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Planning, with good data analysis and reporting implications;

-      Trade/ consumer/ distribution/channel strategy understanding;

-      Brand and Portfolio management understanding;

-      Good forecasting and statistical skills;

-      Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint);

-      Good understading of ERP and CRM tools, SAP, Entersoft knowledge represents a plus

-      Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills;

-      Team spirit, positive attitude, constructive, ready to listen the others’ opinions and to cooperate for finding the best solution for the business;

-      Proactive, organized and able towork under tight deadlines;

-      Excellent English.
