·        Engagement with members to build relationships and find a trusted partner in the community

·        Recruit, train, and encourage the most active members to join and contribute to the managed member program

· Help develop a member program pipeline that leverages external networks and run community output activities to advance the program

·        Becoming an expert on the community platform features and manage bugs and feature requests. Work closely with the platform operations team to escalate issues and set expectation for users.

·        Proactively created and implementways to recognize members for their achievements

·        Keep the community safe by moderating members who don't adhere to the Code of Conduct

·        Measure the health of the community by running reports, analytical results, and gathering insights


Basic Qualifications:

·        Relevant work experience in area of community management, recruiting, customer service, and/or account management

· Ability to say and write in English as well as Italian

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

·        Strong analytical skills with the ability to make and come back with data-driven decisions

·        Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a complex cross-functional, fast-paced, global business environment

·        High-level understanding of Microsoft consumer products and services

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Advanced skills in one of the following areas:

o  Communications planning and written communications

o Data and analytics

o  QA testing and troubleshooting

o  Recruiting and onboarding

·        Advanced skills in Windows, Office, or other Microsoft consumer product
