Responsibilities:
Qualification of the customer. If he has the needed support package, if he has provided all the needed information etc.
Upsell process : In case the customer does not have the support package will try to upsell it.
Will try to provide support based on the canned knowledge and accumulated experience.
Will upscale to level 2 support if needed.
SLA : Response time 1 hour
Holidays will need to be synchronised within the 4 team members covering for Germany.
There are situations when the team will take over tickets from other areas covered by other teams such as Italy for example.
